I have rented several places on SL and even owned my own Sim through Linden Labs. Ever since I have found Serena estates I have been so thrilled and delighted to find such a dedicated staff that I will never ever leave and I do send all my friends in their direction. One of the biggest perks to Serena's outside of their superb customer service is the amazing abilities thier. Twice now I have put in to have one of Seren's builders come over and help me build on my parcels and each time I have gotten Teresa. The willingness to go above and beyond to help me make a beautiful home and the investment she gave to me to accomplish this has astonished me. Never in my wildest hopes would I expect to find such service on SL and good luck finding anything remotely close to it in real life. Thank you, Serena and all the staff for providing a comfort, talented builders, and exceptional service and a huge shout out to Teresa! If anyone out there needs help fixing their land or are in need of a builder I highly recommend you look into her and the other builders at Serena's before looking elsewhere. The service I get with Serena's is so wonderful I'd rather rent a sim rather than own it through Linden labs.

I've been in SL for over 11 years and I've rented from so many different companies. Serena Estates is by far the best land and staff in SL. I love how they have someone who terraforms and landscapes the parcels so beautifully and with such detail. Sometimes I don't really want to have to start from a blank slate so it's such a great benefit to have move-in-ready land. You of course also have the option to return it all and start over but after a lot of years on the grid sometimes you just want to throw a house down and be done with it. The staff is always so respectful and so helpful. I moved to a different 1/4 homestead today and Arimas made the transition effortless. I simply won't rent anywhere else in SL ever again. The lands are well kept on good servers , easy to maintain and well priced , the csrs are always happy to help with any issues. I have lived on serena land since 2010 and have never had a complaint.
